If you like playing with toys, then you could be the ideal candidate for the best Christmas job ever!

Santa and The Entertainer toy shop in EK, East Kilbride are looking for two toy testers to put this year’s top toys through their paces in an after-hours session on Tuesday 13th December.

To be in for a chance to win this Christmas cracker of a prize, plus a £50 gift card for The Entertainer, go to the competition post on our Facebook page and tell us who you think would be the perfect person for the job, along with their age.

The competition ends at midnight on Wednesday 7th December.

 

TOY TESTERS COMPETITION terms & conditions

The Competition is run by ‘EK, East Kilbride’ (“the Promoter”).

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over who live in the UK, except for employees and immediate families of ‘EK, East Kilbride’ and associated companies.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. All entries must be submitted via facebook.com/ekshoppingcentre
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. The prize will be in the form of an after-hours toy testing session at the Entertainer toy shop in EK, East Kilbride on Tuesday 13th December, plus a £50 gift card for The Entertainer toy shop.
  5. The competition opens to the general public when it is posted on Facebook
  6. Closing date for entry is stated on the post made on Facebook. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  8. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries and will be notified by direct message on Facebook within 12 hours of the end of the competition.
  9. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  11. The Entertainer gift card must be collected in person by the winner from the EK, East Kilbride Centre Management office. Winners must contact the Centre Management in advance to arrange a mutually agreed time for collection of prize.
  12. The winner agrees to have their name and photograph published on EK, East Kilbride’s Facebook page, social media accounts and website, and may also be used in other promotional activity.
  13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfillment, delivery or arrangement of the prize.
  14. The winner may be contacted by ‘EK, East Kilbride’ to request a quote for use in a press release.
  15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  17. The gift card for The Entertainer must be used in the East Kilbride store.
  18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
  20. The prize draw will be governed by Scottish law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
